Flat management structure. Company approaches very thoroughly to hiring process, so eventually only real professionals can onboard. You can vote for projects to work on, apply your skills and efforts to client products and get time reserved for self education or internal company activity. You can really influence company state, it’s strategy, improve processes, contribute to changes.
Cons
Due to different reasons - too much responsibilities and actual mid-level work done by CEO. That way strategic activities suffer.
