Pros
Rain has a fantastic culture. Its a very friendly work environment where autonomy was fostered and expected. I much enjoyed playing foosball or lunchtime sports with my co-workers on a regular basis. As a creative agency, there were often interesting potential business and projects coming in where fresh thoughts and ideas were welcomed to solve critical customer needs. Furthermore, a lot of very talented developers work at Rain which without doubt helped refine my abilities and career growth for the better
Cons
Working with customers and clients was at times difficult. Because they are an agency, this situation is not unique to Rain and efforts to properly balance employee, company and customer needs are well managed
