People were nice, except the main guy you need to work with every day

Cons

Extremely micromanaging, deceiving to customers thinking they are signing up for a quick water test in home depot. Long drawn out hour and a half word for word presentation on a glorified water softener. Totally overpriced and high pressure sales.
