Threatened to Be Fired for Discussing Wage - Anonymous employee Raining Berries Employee Review

The owner of the St. Petersburg location is poorly organized and expected their lack of proper planning of avoidable situations to be everyone else’s emergency. Promised wages were never delivered and the owner was often cryptic, misleading, or flat out lied about solidifying wage agreements. I was told by that franchise owner that I would be fired if I discussed my wages with other employees which is illegal and was told by that owner that they pride themselves on being a ‘dictator.’ They also over-hire, then mass fire employees for sometimes extremely minor reasons to float that financial irresponsibility.
