Production is usually a very easy job. You don’t need much sense to learn. 2week pay period with nice days off. It’s 12 hour shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on and 2 on.
Cons
Poor upper management and poor communication. No guaranteed yearly raises. The way the pay raises work totally depends or your supervisor.
