I’ve really enjoyed my time here. It’s a great place to work with an even better team. The culture is one of the standout aspects: it’s competitive in a healthy way, people hold each other accountable, and everyone works hard, but there’s also a strong emphasis on having fun. There are plenty of staff events, like pickleball games and charity outings, that make it easy to connect with coworkers outside of day-to-day work. The company is definitely in growth mode, which makes it an exciting place to be. There’s a lot of opportunity to move up or try new things, no matter your role. One thing that’s changed a lot since I started is the benefits – they’ve gotten significantly better. There’s now health insurance, gym memberships, solid PTO (with rollover and payout options), a 401k, and more. It feels like leadership actually listens and makes changes based on feedback.

Because the company is growing quickly, some of the structure and processes are still being figured out. It’s not perfect yet, and there can be some ambiguity at times, but you can tell there’s a real effort to improve. It is a fast-paced environment, so it’s not for everyone. You can’t really hide or get away with doing the bare minimum here.

When I was at the company I was given the opportunity to grow into a higher level role. I was brought in as marketing coordinator and the company paid for me to take certifications such as as my Life and Health Insurance license, Series 65, and offered to pay for more if I choose to pursue them. Overall I enjoyed my time here and learned a lot. I will say for people looking to join the team there is lots of opportunity but you will have to put the time in for it. Pay raises come with new certs mainly but you have all the opportunity to get them. I enjoyed the culture. I am a big sports guy and I will say it was very similar. When you do things right it was said but they don't sugar coat when you make a mistake but I prefer that so i can learn. Overall I had a great experience here and learned a lot. My advice to other would be is you need to come in and put your head down and learnt eh process. The company is growing so with that come opportunity but you may have to help in other departments. I like that cause everyone works towards the same goal and it all goes towards the bonus year end if achieved!

Benefits are not super great for families and okay for single people. PTO is accrual based so you have to work to build up time off but that's pretty standard at many jobs.
