I truly care about my job, my clients, and my co-workers and it's great to work alongside people who are not only passionate about what they do but also take great pride in doing it well. My job gives me a real sense of purpose, knowing that the work I do has a meaningful, positive impact on so many lives. I and my co-workers regularly receive positive feedback from clients, which makes the job incredibly rewarding. I feel like I have plenty of opportunity for professional growth and I have seen others promoted from within. I also like that there are several variable pay based roles so my earning power - from earning commissions or performance bonuses - truly reflects the effort I put in. My job can be hard, and it is also a fast-paced environment where I'm often managing multiple tasks at once, but it's well-suited for my personality and style. I enjoy a busy workday where I am never bored!

Raleigh Wealth Solutions works with high net worth clients who require sophisticated, customized planning- so my learning curve can be steeper at times. That said, I enjoy continuous learning and find the challenge exciting and valuable.
