Pros

- Great team who are always there to help you get better at what you do and help out on difficult problems. - Everyone at Rallyteam is striving to become better at what they do as well as become a better leader, communicator, and teammate. You will be pushed to become better. - Fresh tech on the front end - Everyone in the whole company is always sharing ideas and willing to take feedback from anyone else. Everyone's ideas and opinions are valued. - Flexible, as long as you are responsible and reasonable, working from home, coming in late, leaving early, or taking days off is something you can always do. The team is really understanding about work/life balance.

Cons

- Demands a fair amount in terms of work, but it's certainly not unreasonable. Some days it's necessary to stay a couple hours late, some days you might leave early to go run some errands. It may be necessary to be available and do some work outside normal hours. - Demands a fair amount in terms of attitude and dedication. It's necessary to interact with everyone within the company, either during normal work, or during company wide meetings. Everyone maintains a certain level of personal dedication to the company. It can be rewarding to feel like a part of the company working with common values and goals, but can be draining as well.

Pros

The team is amazing and everyone gets along really well. The team is humble, driven, loves to have fun, and gets sh@# done. The team believes in the mission of the company and has fun while achieving that mission.

Cons

It's a start up so you have to go with the flow and adapt to ever changing conditions. It's not a con but the reality of a startup.

Pros

- Amazing cross-collaboration. - A tribe of people who have their heart in it - Passion - Inspiration to keep your game strong & be the best you can - Active and encourage a life work balance - AMAZING health insurance - UNBELIEVABLE vacation policy, like I'm living in a dream

Cons

None - unless you're a person who doesn't believe in the mission, then this isn't a job for you. Passion requires being willing to work long hours (even if you often don't have too), being ready and okay with change, owning responsibilities you may never have before, and being willing to self-reflect with your team.
