Pros
*flexibility in schedules,
*understanding supervisors,
*you get 2 to 3 weeks paid vacation a year,
* part and full time options( full time depends on department and necessities of the company, but right now they are understaffed, so almost everyone is full time),
*pretty laid back environment, they wont nag much about details( maybe depends no location also)
Cons
*the upper administration doesn't seem to care much about what happens in their stores, when some essential equipment would damage, it takes them a lot of time to replace or fix it, not caring about how the workers have to work around the issue, sometimes even being a hazard to work safety.
* Almost always understaffed, especially after Covid
*No or very minimal training provided, you learn from your colleagues
*Everybody gets paid the same rate basically, doesn't matter if you are really productive or just doing the bare minimum
*Almost no advancement options or promotions
