Somewhere along the way, they seem to have lost any idea of what they were doing. It is not a corporate company as it should be but a family run business which is managed by unqualified family members who surround themselves by brown nosers who are equally unqualified. Their President of HR actually hired a CEO with completely fraudulent credentials without running any background check ! That is how ineffective and incompetent they are ! They have failed to reinvent their product and expect more milk from the same old dying cow. I wont be surprised if the entire place shuts down or is sold off in the next few years. Easily one of the most inefficient management I have worked with in my experience.
