Worst place to be in a senior role. Full of politics and blame games. No one is aware of the job role and responsibilities. People who are loyal to the management are being promoted to senior roles and nurtured. No one is professionally qualified to handle their role properly. Working at Ramoji Film City can be best compared to a Sas, Bahu TV Serial full of blame game and natak. No corporate ethics.
