Pros
I believe the company is very unique in what it does and how it does it. Any company that is truly unique and special in any market vertical gets my attention. The company's vision is exciting for everyone that really understands where this company is going. I love to see customers actually love what its supplier does and that is true here. It is easy to pitch this company and get immediate attention from C-level executives. The work is challenging and interesting.
Cons
Too much work, not enough people. We can't grow fast enough. Great problem and challenge to have. We shall tackle this soon.
