Pros
- great co-workers - flexible working environment - PTO/ SICK
Cons
- the pay for FW do not justify the amount of works you do - very stressful and toxic working environment - extremely high caseload - poor management (that include supervisors, managers and director): Management need to stop increasing caseload and stop adding more works ontop of what we already have. They don't care about us workers at all. - training: need better trainers and need more leads that is willing to help workers - no career growth at all - the insurance rate for family is so expensive not sure why the county think employees can pay that much for insurance when some people only make $15/ hrs.
