Good Work/Life balance; head office functions are largely remote working across the country.

salaries tend to be on the lower end

Nothing this is a horribly run company

Everything from horrible management, to other male employees pushing to get the female employees fired because they can't stand working with them (I'm male and had no issues working with females.. if anything they worked harder then most of the guys)
