Pros

Airconditioning works. Guaranteed Tan if not sunburn and skin cancer. You do not have to get customers beverages after 7 pm as nothing is available through the dealership after that time even though the dealership only closes at 9 pm. Do not have to post posters saying Buyer Beware!

Cons

Get fired for any reason like not buying food for the sales managers out of your pocket. Learn to repark cars at 9 p.m. because the experienced salesmen don’t. Buy shirts in a dark colors at $41+ so you can sweat out all your liquids in the blazing sun outside. This is compulsory. Learn how to jerk around customers and lie through your teeth and feel fine because the customer omitted to ask questions. Learn how to give a customer a higher percentage finance charge than he/she can get approved for. Insist that costs for useless car addons cost the customer $1375 as cars and trucks have had it allready applied . Have a no guilt conscience in overcharging customers; the justification being we all need to make a living. Learn how to prey on gullible, poor customers and those who are not not Internet savy. Learn how Edmunds, Kelly Bluebook and other car sites have outdated purchase costs. Learn how to tell phone customers that the Internet prices are available even though car was sold. Pay for your own water or liquids.
