Pros
Provide company truck, a few of the managers are knowledgable. Could be a great employer if we had some more work and didn't consistently place the worst jobs on our best employees.
Cons
extreme favoritism, health insurance really really espensive, morbid atmosphere, everyone waiting for the ax to fall. If you aren't in the click you get the short end of the stick and even if you are you may get laid off.
