Pros

I truly cannot think of one pro

Cons

I have never seen so many people come and go. The ones that have stayed for the long-haul would have a really hard time getting a job at a decent and legitimate company. You feel bad because they are stuck there and you know most of them are miserable. Every person in a leadership position is abysmal at their job. It seems like they are all ex-scammers or snake oil salesmen. You'll realize over time just how shady and bad at their jobs they really are. Don't believe the future they're trying to sell you. The company and its leaders are incapable of change and exist 15 years in the past. They'll start throwing the words like "culture" and "great benefits" to reel you in, but if you have a choice between RankWorks and any other place in the greater montréal area, always choose the other place. The other company will 99% of the time pay you more and have more competent management.

Pros

RankWorks is a true performance-based environment. As a BDR, the path to hitting quota is very clear if you put in the work. The leads are there, expectations are defined, and management focuses heavily on activity and results. If you’re disciplined, coachable, and willing to grind, you can stay on target and grow your skills quickly. It’s a solid place to learn outbound, pipeline management, and how to consistently hit numbers.

Cons

This is not a place to coast. If you don’t put in the effort or consistently perform, it becomes obvious fast, and people who don’t work tend to leave. The pressure to hit quota is real, and the role can feel intense if you’re not comfortable in a high-accountability sales environment.

Pros

Free and easy parking, that’s pretty much it.

Cons

- A dead end job - False promises - Poor leadership with no direction - It's a call center job not a Account Manager position
