No career growth. - Low salary compared to industry standards. - Worst policies for the employee. - No value in developer and those employees who do real work. - If you see positive comments on this website won't be fooled, this is because the CEO asked the employees to put positive comments as the review were extremely bad. - Just work 12 hours, they don't even give comp-off or money for weekend work.
