      Bi-weekly paycheck, health insurance, PTO

      Do yourself and your sanity a favor and stay away from this place! I would have given it 0 star if I could. Horribly toxic culture! Most people spend their days gossiping about other employees. No room for growth. Managers have favorite employees and they make it look like it’s okay and normal to play favorites! Very high turnover rate.

      You are always busy with engaging, worthwhile work and are treated with respect.

      Cons

      Only thing is that I was the only intern and it got a bit lonely not to have anyone my own age.

      Smaller company with great positive culture. All company meetings feel organic and transparent in sharing the C-level decisions.

      Cons

      A lot of room for cross-training, but not much room for upward growth due to the nature of company size
