RMB allows me to work at my best. It is a fast paced company with a matching market. The CEO is always available to listen, receives feedback well and will often show that the feedback as been taken onboard quickly. I love the latitude that I am given to do my role. I feel listened to and respected for the experience I bring to the company. I have been able to grow as professional quickly within this organisation. RMB's agility to make changes when necessary is exciting and a factor often missing in larger companies. The company team dynamic is very focused on respect and ensuring that we all pull together in the same direction. We have a market leading product and we actively take up that position in the market. I always feel recognised for the work I put in.
