If there are no calls coming in you will be reprimanded for not magically making your phone ring. Management is incrediblly rude to the employees and make sure that all employees are well aware of the fact that you are an expendable item to them. They do not care about your concerns and if you mention your concerns with them they have a well if you don't like it then quit approach.
