I was hired after RapidDeploy bullied the last people in this position out of their role. Although only there for a short period of time I did 12 months of work in 6. I worked 18 hour days with the promise of a secure future within the company, take my advice and all these other reviews and stay away from this company. They will use you, take from you and show no sign of appreciation or respect. There were so many warning signs and red flags to everyone at that company and I truly believe every single person on the executive team knew this was coming and gave no warning. Instead they had me working 16-18 hour days my last two weeks to prep for a presentation and budget they knew would never actually happen just to keep their lie going. This company supports an environment of bullying. During tradeshows I was regularly put down, bullied and talked about amongst the management team and in front of customers. This company did so much damage to my mental health that after their traumatic firing I’m having trouble trusting any employer.
