      good to join if not selected for Senior project manager team

      Cons

      Company management was good before the so called senior project manager joined the team. ever since his arrival management blindly trust his word. do not take employees problem into consideration and ignore their inputs even though that is needed for company betterment. if management does not wakeup on time it will be disaster and as many of team mates left the company just because of him and will happen in future.

      Pros

      The work culture here is very good, and everyone is supportive and helpful. The company also provides remote work flexibility and maintains a great work-life balance. During my time here, I also got the opportunity to learn a lot and grow professionally, which made the experience even more valuable.

      They offer lower salary packages and hire at comparatively low pay scales.
