RateIt has been a really amazing place to work. The team culture and unity is really wonderful here. Everyone feels very focused, and the product development process they use is really world-class.

The business is growing quickly and lots of new roles coming into the business, so most of the typical growing pains exist, but nothing too serious.

This company has a great culture. They really look after their employees’ well-being. It’s in a really exciting growth phase. The work is interesting and there are great people to work with.

Border closures making it hard to meet in person with the distributed team. Some growth pains but nothing major.
