Diversity is not valued, CEO micromanages all departments - Inside Sales Representative RateLinx Employee Review

Oh man…where to begin. I’ve worked for many SaaS companies previously and RateLinx - hands down - was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Everyone reports directly to the CEO. You have to run everything by him before proceeding with your work. There is a complete lack of trust. Also, RateLinx does not value diversity. If you are a white male, straight, and conservative, you will fit in nicely. Also, brush up on your knowledge of golf because that is all that matters to the CEO. He cares nothing about your interests, family, and what motivates you to perform (outside of fear).
