      The ability to work from home

      Cons

      Poor management They don't care about you - they just care about the business Very clicky They don't make you feel welcomed You cant ask them for help or they will get annoyed (passively) Definitely feel like they spoke about me when I was out of the room No diversity

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
