Pros
Rattle has exceeded all expectations of what it means to be a Series A startup. The leadership team is first class and I love the level of transparency across the board. I could not imagine a better place to grow my career both personally and professionally.
Cons
Like any startup we are still figuring things out but when you have the culture, the passion, and the 110% commitment of "Rattlers" around you. There is no other place I'd rather be. The passion for Rattle is company-wide.
