      Pros

      Good working atmosphere, good if what you want to do is gain some experience in the field. Great CEO.

      Cons

      Very high staff turnover, people seem to view the company as a stepping stone onto greener and better pastures. Slim chances of promotion within a reasonable timeframe. Some departments can seem very clicky and sometimes the company feels somewhat nepotic. Salary is just ok for Spain but is below average for other companies in other countries doing business in the same field. If you are good at what you do you are better off giving Ravenpack a miss and trying your wares somewhere in the US or UK.

      Pros

      - You work with great people who are willing to help you when you ask - The product is decent - Nice little office in downtown Manhattan

      Cons

      - New York office feels like a startup compared to Spain HQ - Onboarding material is outdated - Everyone on your team is probably getting paid something differently, even though everyone is doing the same job - Terrible follow-up when teams ask for help (especially with things that are needed to do the job) - Upper management will change things every week & not follow up like promised to see how things are - They had a head start on financial AI research & yet their product is nowhere near as good as competitors - NO SEVERANCE when you're laid off
