Skill Development: I joined as a fresher and have significantly upgraded my skillset in the past few years. Apart from my core responsibilities, I’ve proactively handled frontend, backend, and Android tasks to expand my knowledge. We have dedicated members for these roles, but I took the initiative to gain experience in these areas. Currently, I am planning to start learning iOS development as well. Team Celebrations: Our team regularly enjoys 3-4 lunches or dinners planned by our managers. These celebrations help motivate and bring the team closer. Recognition: Our Project Manager ensures that individual efforts are recognized and shared with the client. Clients also appreciate our dedication and hard work, which boosts morale. Client Exposure: The open-door policy allows team members to join client calls if they are interested in learning about client handling and exposure to professional communication. Salary Structure: The salary structure feels fair and competitive considering the workload and projects. Company Celebrations: Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and offsite outings are organized to recharge and energize employees. HR Support: We have a supportive HR team that is always approachable and ensures employees’ concerns are addressed.

Location: The office is located in Virar at Viva College, which can be challenging for employees traveling from Mumbai. The commute often causes delays for some. Apart from the location challenge, everything else has been a positive experience.
