      Birthday celebration by deducting employee salary.

      Cons

      Variable pay will not be given. No security for employees, they will fire without any notice. Sincere advice don't join and risk your future. CMMI level 3 is a MAKEUP word, a startup company is better than this. All 5 star ratings are given by management itself. Worst management and managers. Managers are slaves to management and they don't have guts to oppose.

      They can be flexible with hours. The VP is awesome.

      Cons

      Racist against everyone except the Chinese people. Sexist, so don’t join if you’re a woman. The pay is less than what the nation is trying to raise minimum wage to, and everyone here has a 4 year degree minimum.
