The CEO, He will make sure you work day and night and get no appreciation. He wants you to work on everything, from UI design to Product deployment, every single part of the project including QA, business outline etc. You need to understand the business and act accordingly, there will be no one to shape your ideas but you will be the first to scold if anything misses. He will interrupt your family life as well as ruin your weekends. Nevertheless, your work is never enough.
