great technology with great people - Anonymous employee Raydiance Employee Review

I worked with Raydiance for several months as a contractor. The environment was both friendly and professional. it was obvious that the company cares about the employees' well-being in meaningful ways. The employees in turn were very hard-working and seemed happy to be part the team. There was also good collaboration between the various departments.

My only concern was the near absence of minorities in the ethnic composition of the employees at the time. However, I have no reason to believe that there was any discrimination in their hiring practices.

They have great sales and marketing with a slick website that makes this functionally bankrupt company look like it has something. Their older products (no longer popular) work and they have some loyal customers.

Financially weak. Newer products do not work. Customers feel mislead. Job postings are fake.
