Managment is professional They provided best contactor, even PF and ESIC facilities and also Also started standard paid leaves also. I was exprienced very bad treatment in other companies to contract employee's. So I appreciate RAYLOGIC about good treatment to employees. Yes Old seniors are always fear that if they share their knowledge to new engineers they will loose their importance in Company, so they try to trouble the management by creating uncertain quality issues to reduce productivity.
