The pay is better than most 2nd or 3rd level positions. The benefits like 401k match, yearly bonuses, stock purchase programs etc are amazing.

It is NONSTOP phone calls on most days and they are pretty strict about metrics

Paid medical, vision & dental.

Insurance deductible is so high I can’t afford to use it.
