They change the kpi but when I was working there you have to make 90 calls and 100 minute talk time . They make you Bother your current customers by calling everyday. You only move up in this place if you’re Korean. Stay away the boss and management are very shady and don’t care for their employees. Toxic work environment and they over work you and lie about the commission structure. They will work you like a slave and lie to you Jin is the biggest fraud and he is the part CEO.
