      Pros

      Great salary and benefits. Great work/life balance. Tucson is a fun and interesting city. Raytheon has one of the friendliest environments I've ever experienced.

      Cons

      Raytheon will not let a new hire start until their security clearance goes through, which can take months. This means by the time you start, the job you accepted could disappear and Raytheon will reassign you based on their current needs.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
