- Very political. It's who you know and not your talent that would move you up - New management make decisions without understanding the culture, the process - HR will NEVER be on your side - Bullies get away with a lot of things. Get ready to be yelled at. - The annual review process is a joke. Very subjective. - Too much training requirements prevent you from doing your "real" job - Lack of communication from management - Long hours - Too many stressed out people.
