Pros
There is a very casual dress code. As long as you are wearing clothes, you're good. It's very comfortable.
Cons
They don't pay well at all, but expect you to do the work of 2-3 people. There's no cross-training, so when it's busy in your department, you don't get to go home until everything is done, even as other people are bored in other departments. Asking for time off is risky- sometimes it's OK, sometimes you get treated like you're cheating them. Personnel records are a mess. Good luck finding out how many vacation days you actually have! You need to track them yourself. The management will at once treat you like "family", but then throw you under the bus the minute it might save their skin. Your coworkers will do the same. It's a highly toxic environment, starting from the owner and working all the way down.
