Pros
Coworkers were always fine. Never had issues with any fellow employees. Several “Lifers” already employed there.
Cons
Management doesn’t know how to manage. Every manager hired in service is completely lost and has no power over their department. Outside of their yearly gift of “holiday ham and $50 to target” they don’t show much appreciation to their employees. Pay plans are atrocious, being my first service job I had no idea how bad Razzari was screwing me over. Razzari has asked me to return, but they don’t have money to pay me now. Razzari doesn’t care if you’re a top earner or not, once they see that you make too much, they WILL FIRE YOU. They don’t care. They only care about what lines their pockets.
