Great place to work, lots of learning opportunity, great work ethics, Freedom to express, employees made to grow into their own shoes,
Cons
Wind industry - volatile market , no job security, HR management is very bad, 6 days working week, Nothing done to boost employee morale or confidence in company, highly insecure Job atmosphere, Over zealous attempt at cost cutting by admin. Currently plagued by layoffs.
