Cons

My time at ReGov Technologies was deeply frustrating and disappointing. The management is incredibly poor—they lack proper leadership skills and decision-making capabilities. There’s a toxic culture of saying “yes” to everything without any realistic plan to deliver. Promises are made constantly, but deadlines are missed, and clients and employees are left to pick up the pieces. Project timelines are completely unrealistic, often rushed and poorly thought out. There’s little to no proper planning, and resources are not allocated efficiently, leading to unnecessary stress and burnout. Employees are expected to work under pressure with impossible deadlines, all while management refuses to address the root of the problem. To make matters worse, the HR department is led by a manipulative individual who prioritizes control over employee welfare. On top of that, there are serious financial issues within the company—they failed to pay EPF contributions and taxes properly, which is a huge red flag for anyone considering joining. Overall, this company is disorganized and financially unstable. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a professional and supportive work environment to look elsewhere. Proceed with caution. And they always delete bad reviews about them on glassdoor. Oh and you basically only have rm1000 medical claim yearly. Which they won’t even give the money to you once claimed.
