Pros
Working benefits, albeit not spoken about or advertised. Including carers leave, 'one big day' a year, volunteers leave and SimplyHealth (which you can pay for upgraded packages).
Cons
Unachievable targets, you set a rod for your own back if you smash them working extra hours to do so, as you will see within 6 months they are trebled and then you're in trouble for not meeting them by that point. Constantly under-resourced and anti-social hours to meet the bare minimum. Every year there seems to be redundancies, so if you need comfort and stability I strongly recommend you do not go here.
