Pros

The company is growing and just released a new version of their software. It looks AWESOME! The VP of Sales was a "Salesperson's VP." He was great at fighting for what we needed on the sales team, took the time to answer my questions when I was new and was always super positive. They have great CSMs, with hospitality experience, that really helped me along the way. They are going to grow fast in the next year!

Cons

It's not a complex product to learn and demo, but they do need more structured training for newbies. A few more tools for outbound prospecting would help, too.

Pros

The leadership at React Mobile is genuine, productive, innovative, and encouraging. You can build a quality relationship with your colleagues and have frequent feedback. Leaders allow you to expand in your role with what aligns with where you can provide the most value. I can't say enough great things about who I reported to, how I was able to grow in the role, and the consistently balanced culture. As the company grows, the company's values are clearly defined. They are well equipped with what leaders they have and how said leaders reflect those values.

Cons

I believe that a majority of the company works remotely, so you have to enjoy working remotely. As any smaller-sized company is, your impact in your role relative to the size of the company is noticeable.

Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work remotely is great to not have to commute anywhere.

Cons

Lack of Organizational Maturity: Despite being around for nearly a decade, the company still operates with a disorganized, start-up feel. Micromanagement: Upper management is overly controlling and does not demonstrate trust in the team’s capabilities. Lack of Trust & Autonomy: Employees are expected to ask for permission for basic schedule needs (e.g., appointments), indicating a lack of confidence from leadership. Low Compensation: Salaries are well below industry standards, with no raises in over three years. Voluntary Pay Cuts: Due to cash flow issues, employees have been asked to take voluntary salary reductions. Faulty Product Issues: The new product was launched without sufficient testing, leading to frequent client issues and high volumes of replacement processing. High Client Frustration: Much of the work is reactive, focused on damage control and client retention due to product failures.
