Pros
The work environment is all around extremely enjoyable, from the personalities and attitudes of everybody who works there, to the feedback and open ears of upper management that is always willing to listen to any feedback or suggestions for improvements, along with the variety of work/responsibilities that you are able to take on (if you so choose). There is no shortage in your ability to grow at ReadingGlasses.com, they are a very nimble company and are always evaluating new methods with employees that either need to take charge or carry out these new initiatives. The owner and upper management legitimately cares about the employees and I frequently witnesses acts of kindness and consideration that 99% of other companies would overlook.
Cons
There were about 7-10 weekends per year (during large email promos) that would require I stay very attentive and available during, but in IT that isn't uncommon
