Pros
I've been a Site Administrator at Ready, Study, Go! since last school year, and I will be continuing there next school year. I'm incredibly grateful to RSG and its founder, Suyan Soni. Working at RSG is wonderfully unique because of how hands-on Mrs. Soni is with her employees. I've watched Mrs. Soni work one-on-one with individuals to make sure that everyone feels secure and confident in their positions and their work -- I've never had an employer (let alone the founder of a company) work with their employees so closely this way. This closeness has facilitated a huge growth in myself as a leader, which would not have been possible without Mrs. Soni. I started at RSG with minimal management experience, yet I've learned so much about management and the education field thanks to Mrs. Soni's guidance. Additionally, working at RSG is incredibly gratifying (including being a tutor) since we have the opportunity to see growth in our students. As an RSG tutor, you're able to positively influence the students by helping them reach their full potential; nothing is more rewarding than having a student receive an A in their hardest class because of your help. If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your interests, become more confident as a leader, and make a positive difference in children's lives, Ready, Study, Go! is a perfect fit.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons for working for RSG.
