      There are no pros to this company they are discriminatory

      Cons

      Belittled and discriminated me because I’m transgender. CEO doesn’t care. I showed him texts from his manager and he didn’t care. The manager yelled at me through text stating that I’m saying false things to the kids.

      Extremely flexible, choose to work your days and leave schedule empty in advance for various circumstances Job is changing and exciting with K-12 to choose from

      Varying availability, some days w no sub jobs, others w sub optimal jobs/lower paying
