Thank you for your feedback , we value your opinion and I would like to address your concerns. Thanks for your comments around work from home and location! As far as your comments on management, we are constantly evaluating our team members, internal processes, and training. We strive to ensure that managers are given the tools to effectively manage their teams, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork. We also review our benefits and pay practices throughout the year to ensure that we remain competitive in the market. We do have a formal complaint process, which is included in our employee handbook for employees to utilize as needed. We are also working to implement additional training, mentoring, and career development programs. We believe that investing in our employees is critical to a successful future!
