Pros
A lot of positive culture changes over two years with management team really invested in making a difference. Unfortunately when ideas and suggestions in support of positive change have to go to the principal for a final decision, that is where it's derailed.
Cons
Principal can't let go and trust good people that have his interest in mind and reward them for it. Work hard pay less is the reality. The company and team has increased principal wealth by millions year over year and he makes compensation at year-end a humiliating demotivating professional experience.
