      Very committed middle managers who are completely disempowered.

      Cons

      Focus is on "looking good externally", internally there is no thought to the infrastructure, systems, policies and processes and so many inefficiencies. No concept of the organisation living its values. No wonder turnover is so high

      It really is person centred care here. Each day is different and so rewarding. You can see the progress of the people we support and it makes the job so worthwhile. Management are friendly and approachable and try to support you wherever they can. Always plenty of overtime available

      No set shift pattern, low pay for the work that is being done
