Everyone in the company is very friendly and easy going. Really easy to talk to and make friends with everyone who works here. Being a growing company there are lots of opportunities to learn and advance personally. Offers a lot of potential for that translating professionally and being able to advance in your career or even transfer to a different unit within the company if a different opportunity catches your eye.
Cons
The business model itself is not hard to understand, but the business itself is. The products are interconnected and ever-expanding and it can be very overwhelming. Working for an older product there is a lot to learn as a lot has been added over the years while working on a newer product means a lot is still up in the air and subject to change. Not the most exciting business in the world.
